I’d love to share this Blog with you about the benefit of Allowing Your Emotions to Flow. I have included an example to illustrate that when suppressed feelings are acknowledged, a space can open up and intuitive guidance becomes much more obvious; so that the next best step to take in your life can become clear.
When I was eighteen, I began to meditate formally. However, I approached Meditation the wrong way. So, I really want to share with you my experience now of Meditation as being simple and joyful rather than frustrating, so that you can be saved much time and effort 🙂
